Buying a home in Seattle and on the Eastside has become a high-stakes decision. Inventory is limited, many older homes are expensive and require significant time and money to maintain, and new construction at an attainable price is increasingly rare. At the same time, buyers worry that if they wait, prices will continue to rise and homeownership will move further out of reach.
That pressure makes it easy to rush, or to settle for a home that works for today but becomes a source of regret later.
Olsen Anderson started from a simple belief: if people are going to make one of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their lives, they deserve homes that are thoughtfully located, well built, and designed to hold up over time. Not homes optimized for listing photos or short-term trends, but homes that continue to work as life changes.
We focus on building modern infill homes in established Seattle neighborhoods, places where location, scarcity, and long-term demand matter. Our homes are designed around real life, with flexible floor plans that can adapt to growing families, aging parents, and work-from-home needs. We plan for longevity, incorporating features like all-electric systems, EV charging, and materials selected to perform in the Pacific Northwest, so ownership feels manageable, not burdensome.
